Terms of Use of the Lonely-Hearts Club
We kindly request you to read through and follow the terms of the club.
- I give my consent for the publication of personal data as well as photos I insert at the sites of this lonely-hearts club. I give my consent for being evaluated according to the rating schemes. I confirm that I insert only my personal data and confirm that the provided information is true. I confirm that the published photos picture me and that they belong to me. In case there are other people near me on the photo, I confirm they have no objections to the publication of the photo. I understand that personal privacy is protected by law, publication of someone else's photos as well as the announcement of data are liable to punishment.
- I give my consent for my background data as well as e-mail correspondence to be eliminated from site upon my signing out from the club. I give my consent to store my photos upon my signing out of the club for a certain period of time on the site (usually the unused photos are deleted during a clean-up, at least once a month).
- The administration of the club reserves the right to remove the photo, the fields of background data without prior warning or notification about the removal, in case of suspicion club member background data fraud, the photo not belonging to the club member or in any other unanticipated here cases. Moreover the photos the content of which is non-aesthetic, shocking, does not comply with the norms of decency or does not match the topic can be removed as well. Furthermore, the photos of poor quality that stand out of the context can be removed too.
- I give my consent upon the breach of club rules to be denied the possibility to receive, send letters, sign-in using the name of a club member and password, or that points for the votes for my personal data form will not be counted. I give my consent for my personal data form to be deleted and that there will be no further possibility to register with my e-mail address or perform any other activity in the club or any other our sites upon my breach of the club rules.

In terms of advertising, commercial and research as well as analytical activity In the club
I undertake not to send advertising messages to the club members, i.e. invitations to visit or register at other sites or organizations of any other activities, and not to advertise my e-services or products as not to undertake in the club any other commercial activities unanticipated here. I understand that Lithuanians.lt club is meant for entertainment, new acquaintances and interpersonal communications and I also undertake to not use the members of the club and their goodwill for my research, analytical, survey or other activities to perform. - The services of Lithuanians.lt can be charged for at any time or their prices may change. It goes without saying that the elapsed period of time or the provided services will not be charged.
- In order to protect our club members from SCAM and SPAM, we can limit the access to this site for certain regions of the world or Internet Service Providers.
