Do You want to get acquainted on the net? Do You do it for the first time? You don't know what to expect? You can't decide how to start? Are You afraid to make mistakes? How to write an excellent form and to receive hundreds of letters?

So, what are Your expectations? Various people get acquainted in our Lonely-Hearts Club. Some of them spend just several minutes filling their form or even shut their eyes on doing this piece of work. They run through the life, search something on the net, find us, stumble on an interesting form and hastily register in the club in order to write a letter for this person to ask to tea. Others act in the opposite way: they carefully and seriously register in dating clubs, where they choose their friends with exquisite care. These people even can reject to talk to a man, who is 2 centimeters taller than the imagined "ideal partner"... Still and all, everyone finds friends, makes love, takes pleasure in living and sometimes feels sad… Everybody must take his or her own way of life. Just keep the ears open to Your still small voice and forget all the dark thoughts. Daydream for a little. Listen to Your heart and characterize Your "ideal partner", describe his/her appearance. Don't let Your hair down and write everything what's on Your mind! Even if You later delete it all, remember: now You know what You want.

Ideas? "What ideas?" You will say, "it is a dating site and I will definitely find friends there!" But it not so easy as it seems from the first sight. Statistics show most people write just few lines in their forms because they turn a blind eye to this task. But we'll give You that height, weight or eye colour don't influence the communication as individuality does. A few lines are not so bad, but laconic way of writing is sometimes understood as roughness. And YOU must be special and must be spotted in the stacks of other members! Write about Yourself as much as possible. Choose some topics that are important and interesting to You. Try to come into contact with others. Who knows, maybe Your "ideal" will read this form and won't know You two can create a perfect match, because You wrote only a laconic phrase "I'm searching for friends". So, while filling your form, think that You're writing to Your IDEAL, cast a net! Here are some concrete topics, which will help You to catch a desirable quarry in the toils of Your nets.

• Write about sports: Formula or basketball (however some people consider it being hackneyed). Maybe You prefer pool, bowling or horseracing? Write about the games You like to play.



• Write about holidays, sea and holiday resorts; winter and mountains; autumn and mushrooming; spring and sunshine, that don't hold in Your heart. Write about the season You like the best. Don't write such phrases as "it is raining now" or "the sun is shining". Because when a man speaks about the current weather, it seems he doesn't know what else to say… Write about the countries You visited or dream to visit.



• Write about food, exotic dishes. Write about Your favourite TV programmes. Mention Your favourite composer, play or music. What's Your favourite drink: coffee, vine, whiskey or maybe beer?



• Write about persons You like. Don't mention unsympathetic ones. Write about garments or Your favourite designer. Maybe You would like to choose a topic on cinema? What's Your favourite film? Remember the most exciting scene from it.



• Write about Your surroundings. Maybe something interesting had happened recently? Write a funny story from Your life.



• Don't use strong language or slang. Don't write about politics, health, death, load of care connected with Your job, don't make a parade of Your love affairs, don't make boasts of Your wealth or career, don't grumble about some loss. Don't mention Your doxy. Also don't hurry to reveal Your sexual interests and don't be a humdrum – keep some secretes and intrigues

These were our tips and ideas, which will help You to find some common interests with other members of our Lonely-Hearts Club and to step up somebody's, who may become your friend, interest in You!
