I received a message informing me about a new letter in the club. When I click on the reference, I don't understand where this letter is?
When you click on a reference in your received letter, You'll firstly get into a place of our club, where you must introduce Yourself. Write Your user name, password and click on the button "Enter". If the password is correct, You'll access to the club member's private zone, where You will be able to read letters, edit the information about Yourself, place and delete Your photos and so on. You can also reach Your information by clicking a button, which is on the right side of the menu. Moreover, there is a button "Inbox". After clicking it, You'll be able to see all Your letters. -
Why a transmission of long letters seize up? I wrote a letter, sent it but I can't see it in my outbox. Where did it disappear? What a...?
If You write a letter for a long time, e.g. for an hour or even longer, so after this time authorization of Your password run out – when You'll click a button "Send", our system will ask You to enter Your password and the letter will be totally losted. In order to avoid this, write Your letter without signing in the club, e.g. using MS Word or Notepad programmes. When You'll finish, select all the text, copy it by using a combination "Ctrl+C", enter our site, log in and load Your letter by using a combination "Ctrl+V".
Correction:: limit of half an hour is enlarged to one and half an hour. -
I don't want to be a member of this club anymore.
Log in. In a section "Other" You'll find a reference "Want to leave us forever?". The system will ask you to confirm it. After this confirmation all Your information will be deleted from our club. -
I don't understand why I can't see my sent letters?!
When You write a letter, before sending it, clicking a button "Send", tick off a reference "Save this letter in a list Sent letters". The letter will be saved and You'll be able to see it among others. -
I can't understand how to add my photo into the form. Can you explain it thoroughly? Thanks.
A member of our club can add two types of photos: those, that can be seen publicly and those that we call a attachment, because they're up for sending by e-mail. All the visitors of the club can see public photos, and only a club member, who received a letter with it, sees a secret photo. It's easy to add a photo, but firstly You must login to your form. Also You should decide whether You want Your photo to be seen by all the visitors or You'll send it only to a well-known person. If You want all the visitors to see this photo, click on a button "Photos". If not – click on a button "attachments". Here You'll be able to administer, i.e. to add, view and delete Your photos.
P.S. In all the cases, the procedure is the same; the main difference is the amount of photos You can add. A page is divided into two parts – added photos are above (You can view and delete them) and the buttons "Browse" are below. Click one of these buttons and choose a photo that is in your computer. Then click on a button "Open". You can choose the maximum amount of photos You want to add, but we advise to add only one photo at once, especially if the speed of Your internet connection is slow. When You chose a photo and clicked the button "Open", You can choose "Add a photo". After this a sending process will be activated. It can be fast or slow – it depends on the speed of Your internet connection. Don't close a window – wait for a result. If a photo was added successfully, it will appear in a list above – You'll be able to view it there.
All the photos are automatically processed - their size is narrowed and a footer of our club address is added. This procedure lasts just few seconds, so it won't take much your precious time. If a procedure failed, You'll see a message, reporting that an error occurred. It could happen for various reasons: the picture stuck in the Internet, the file is damaged or a format of the photo isn't suitable.
